Return & Exchange Policy

At BundlesONLY, we want you to be confident in what you buy. This policy explains when and how you can return or exchange your order.

Unopened products

You may return unopened, unused bundles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify:

  • Bundles must be unopened with original ties intact
  • Hair must not have been brushed, washed, colored, cut, or installed
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping for unopened products (returned for reasons other than a quality defect) is the customer's responsibility.

Opened or used products

For hygiene reasons, opened or used bundles cannot be returned or exchanged — unless there is a verified quality defect (see below).

This is standard practice across the hair industry. Hair is a personal-use product, and once a bundle has been opened, we cannot resell it.

We strongly recommend inspecting your bundles carefully before opening or installing them.

Quality defects

If your bundles have a genuine quality defect, we will make it right — even if the bundles have been opened.

Quality defects include:

  • Significant, abnormal shedding beyond normal levels
  • Hair that does not match the tier specifications you ordered
  • Hair that cannot be colored as specified for that tier
  • Tangling that cannot be resolved with normal care
  • Incorrect length or weight beyond stated tolerances
  • Wrong item received

To report a quality defect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Include clear photos or video showing the issue
  • Do not discard the product until your claim is resolved

If the defect is verified, you may choose a replacement, exchange, or full refund. We cover return shipping for all verified quality defects.

Please note: normal shedding during washing and styling, and the natural variation expected within each tier, are not considered defects. Our tier specifications describe what to expect from each tier.

Color and Customized orders

Bundles that have been bleached, colored, or custom-processed at your request cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified quality defect.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at help@bundlesonly.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the product back using the instructions provided
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used bundles (except verified defects)
  • Bleached, colored, or custom-processed bundles (except verified defects)
  • Closures and frontals that have been opened or used
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items without proof of purchase

Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Order cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
