Shipping and Returns Policy
Hi Bundle Beauties! The holidays are upon us and we want to keep you in the loop when it comes to your orders. Please be advised of the following: *Sezzle,Quadpay Customers, Paypal, and Merchant Services* Payments will process within 3-5 Business days (not including weekends or holidays and then orders will begin to be filled thereafter. Please note you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped out *
*Due to the holiday season all orders will ship within 7-12 business days(or less)(not including weekends or holidays) within the order in which they are received. Once you place an order, you agree to the terms of processing/shipping. No refunds or cancellations are available. Thank you for your patience.

Please be careful when typing in your address, we would hate for you to incur the fee for RETURN TO SENDER SHIPPING FEE. If You Do NOT want to pay the reshipping fee we can issue you a partial refund and we will deduct $10 service and handling fee and you will not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to the USPS,FED EX, or UPS and if your product was sent out or scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.
- If your package has been confirmed via USPS, UPS, or Fed EX as delivered and you did not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS, FED Ex, or UPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.
- If you decide to file a claim through the payment merchant your tracking number will be automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will resend or refund is when tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If you order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reshipping fee listed on our website. Bundles Only Inc is not responsible for any shipment issued caused by USPS,UPS, or Fed EX. If you decide not to purchase a shipping fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order *minus the shipping fee*, only if the order is returned in the original packaging and unused.
I put in the wrong address by mistake, what should I do now?
We will gladly modify your shipping address for a fee of $5 within 24 hours of purchase. If the 24hr time frame has expired we will send your order to the address that is used during your checkout. Please take your time when entering your address.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Unfortunately, once you place your order, you cannot cancel it. NO EXCEPTIONS!
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
- All orders are subjected to the processing time of 3 Business Days Before Your Order Is Shipped. Custom Made Items and Orders Placed During Bundles Only Inc Sales/Promotions Do Not Apply. If you have any questions regarding our processing/shipping, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
- Business Days Are Monday through Friday, Excluding Federal Holidays. All Orders Placed Over Weekends or Federal Holidays Will Begin Processing the Following Business Day.
- Order Processing Is Completed in The Order in Which They Are Placed in Our System. We Cannot Expedite Orders. Please Refer to Our Shipping Page for Approximate Shipping & Arrival Times.
