You will receive your tracking information via email. Once your order has shipped out you will receive your tracking number. You will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
Due to COVID-19, You will normally receive a tracking number within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) after your purchase, unless you choose expedited shipping. Once your label has been generated, your tracking number will be sent to your email via our website, then you will be sent the same tracking number via Shopify when the package has retrieved from the carrier. If your tracking number does not show any tracking updates within 72 hours after your tracking number via email; please contact us at 866-777-7017 for phone support during business hour, via email (24 hours a day) at email@example.com please include your name and order number and someone will touch bases with you within 24-48 hours.
Your order will be shipped to the address on your order. It's important that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Please note: we are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays or weather. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
